Approach
There are a number of activities and case studies used throughout the programme which ensures that all of the learning is applied in a real way. Best practice examples in all areas will be highlighted and discussed during the programme, giving participants plenty of opportunities to build on the elements of these that could be applied in their own organisations. Students get access to the new Ibec Academy portal for all material and their course schedule.
Assessment & Accreditation
To achieve cpd Level 6 NFQ accreditation by TU Dublin, this course is assessed by exam and assignment submissions. Individual assessments are an integral part of the programme and count towards end of year results as follows:
- Closed book exam 60%
- Project (3,500 - 5,000 words) 30%
- Learning journal and class participation 10%
70% attendance is required.

Matthew brings extensive knowledge and industry experience to Ibec. After many years in operational management, Matthew decided to specialise in learning and development.
