Programme Director
Ray Whelan
With a Hons Master and BA degree in human resource management, Ray is an experienced human resources, operations, learning & development, education and military professional. Ray is a certified FETAC level 6 Train The Trainer and Master Trainer with the Irish Management Institute (IMI) and has a coaching for performance diploma from Dublin Business School (DBS)
Ray's professional experience is comprehensive in HR, operations, learning & development, training and co-ordinating education programmes. He is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD) and a former member of the Irish Defence Forces.
