Summary
This is an engaging and interactive one-day workshop in which participants will explore their emotional intelligence in order to develop and enhance their leadership effectiveness.
At the end of the programme participants will:
- Understand what emotional intelligence is, and how it relates to performance at work
- Understand how attitudes and emotions support or hinder their ability to inspire great performance in themselves and others
- Recognise their own personal EI strengths and development areas
- Have the ability to cultivate tools and techniques to help them inspire great performance in themselves and others
This programme is for:
Those wishing to improve their awareness of self and others so they can maximise their interpersonal relationships. This workshop is particularly relevant to anyone moving into or currently in a management or leadership role.

Fiona Flynn
Fiona is an experienced sales professional with over 20 years sales and marketing experience, 12 years of which was spent working in the highly competitive telecommunications and internet sectors. She passionately believes that as a manager /leader, creating the right environment allows the team to flourish, and this approach allows each of us to reach our full potential.
Fiona holds a B.Sc(mgmt), Coaching with Emotional Intelligence, EMCC and is accredited in the Clarity4D and JCA Global suite of EI development tools. She is an active member of Dublin Chamber, Institute of Directors and Sales Institute of Ireland.
