This Strategy and HR workshop is designed for HR leaders and practitioners. The aim of the programme is to support HR leaders to lead out on and deliver the organisation strategy through effective and efficient HR tools and models.
At the end of the programme participants will:

Laura Lawless
Laura is an experienced and qualified HR professional with the Ibec Academy. She has over 15 years international experience within the HR, Aviation, Retail, Beauty & Hospitality sectors in organisations such as daa, ARI, Four Seasons Resorts, the L&DI and EY.
Her background spans the full spectrum of HR strategy and delivery from recruitment to redundancy, with areas of speciality in Facilitation, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Policy Design. This programme has been designed to help employers navigate the often complex world of HR, based on best practice and learning what works in practice from real examples.
